Ce r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel couvre tous les aspects et les processus \u00e0 l’\u0153uvre au sein de l’entreprise. Bas\u00e9 sur 11 piliers manag\u00e9riaux et 10 piliers op\u00e9rationnels, il donne des feuilles de routes \u00e0 suivre jusqu’au plus haut niveau de maturit\u00e9. Cependant le r\u00e9el int\u00e9r\u00eat de la d\u00e9marche est bel et bien d’identifier quels sont les axes cruciaux dans la performance de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>
